separate criss/cross delivery at the oppositive side; transfer element, Twin end Papering stations mod. Kolbus VA (cold glue device),
loading station connectable with automatic book block feeder (here not included),
all connected in flow line with perfect binding machine mod. Kolbus KM 490 (Year 1985),
32 clamps (mm. 510), n° 1 cutting station, n° 2 milling & notching station, n° 2 brushing stations,
first hot-melt spine glue tank (with premelter), drying heating device,
second hot-melt spine glue tank (with premelter) and separate hot-melt side glue tank (with disks), cold side glue tank (vinilic glue, with disks),
gauzing station, stream cover feeder, double nipping pressing stations, lay-down delivery.
Belts conveyors for meters 30 approx. ; no three knife trimmer. Maximum mechanical speed of 10.000- cycles per hour.
It’s still in production and in good working condition.
